LXR Chief Scientific Officer Leads Group of Experts Who Recommend the Home Office Allow up to 0.2% THC in CBD Products
Dr Parveen Bhatarah, LXR Chief Scientific Officer, has produced a scientific research paper exploring the risks of low levels of THC in CBD products.
This paper was produced for the Association of the Cannabinoid Industry (ACI), an organisation representing the CBD Industry, to whom Dr Bhatarah consults.
One of the key recommendations of the paper is that the Home Office allows CBD products to be sold in shops with up to 0.2% THC, which is the level recommended by the World Health Organisation.
For a detailed overview of the paper which included an interview with Dr Bhatarah please see this article on Analytical Cannabis.
Another great article that explores the recommendations of the paper can be read on NutraIngredients.
You can download the paper on ACI's website.
